Dr. Kenneth Fung graduated from Duke University with a degree in biology and a master’s degree in physiology. He completed his medical and business degrees from East Carolina University in 2003. Dr. Fung completed his ophthalmology residency training at University of Tennessee in Memphis, and vitreoretinal surgery fellowship training at The Charles Retina Institute in 2009. He joins Retina Institute of Washington from a neighboring practice, Eye Associates Northwest. Dr. Fung manages clinical and surgical diseases of the vitreous and retina, including age related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, retinal vein occlusion and uveitis.
